During a Live Q&A, I talked with my friend Nic Wright on Facebook Live. SPONTANEOUS SUMMER CAMP

Dylan talks about a Spontaneous Summer Camp. With just a few days' notice, he organized housing, food, and entertainment for over 100 people whose summer camp was cancelled by a wild fire. More information at www.ylpeacecountry.ca/savecamp.

THREE BIG ISSUES

After an evening of door knocking in the rain, I discuss the three issues people bring up most. They are taxes, roads, and "little annoyances." Due partly to how often I hear about small issues that severely impact people's lives, I want "citizen service" to be a strategic priority for Council. More information here.

eNGAGING OUR YOUNG PEOPLE

I want us to work hard at making Grande Prairie better for all generations. But I am especially passionate about our teenagers. They deserve a connected community, and engaging them is critical for our long-term prosperity. Learn more here.

Disc golf and recreation projects

I founded the Grande Prairie Disc Golf Club and Thrill Hill Disc Golf Course. I want to help other volunteers get projects done.
